Raspberry eau de vie that has a strong flavour; because raspberries have a low sugar content they must first be macerated in grape brandy. It takes 8 kg of fruit to make 1 litre of alcohol.

- Aroma:
- Fragrant, the raspberry expresses itself with finesse.
- Ageing:
- After distillation it is aged in stainless steel barrels for two years to keep the fruit fresh.
- Distillation:
- After the month-long maceration of fruit in alcohol, it is distilled in a traditional and artisanal way in one of the small copper stills.
- Flavour:
- Fine, elegant, and harmonious, its bouquet is generous, fruity and full-bodied at the same time. The taste of raspberry remains at the finish.
- Reduction & Strength:
- After two years of ageing it is reduced with water from Nusbaumer's mountain spring. This water, that passes through the schist bedrock, is of great purity and gives clarity of flavour.

- Located in Alsace in the heart of the Val de Villé.
