It is always difficult to associate lighter cognacs with age but this is an example that comes from just outside Ambleville in Grande Champagne and was made by one of the really old and traditional cognac houses. It brings a real pleasure to those who drink this remarkable cognac which is made from a wide range of grape varieties including Folle Blanche and Colombard.
