Aroma:
This has a superb aroma of rich toffee molasses, bitter chocolate, cardamom, sweet spices and ripe cherries
Distillation:
25 hltr stills, distilled at the top end of the range around 71.5 degrees
Flavour:
Quite characteristic of the distiller’s style with a rich flavour of chocolate and natural toffee. There is also a pleasing taste of mature Muscat grapes which is present on the front of the mouth. This cognac is soft and completely non- aggressive providing very moreish qualities

Viticulture:
A top growing area of Petite Champagne. The soil here is chalky and porous. There are gentle slopes and the chalk sub-strata is at various degrees of density. Climate is temperate with only very light frosts in winter
