Ambleville

Hermitage Ambleville Cognacs come from the area around Ambleville in the centre of Grande Champagne which produces probably the truest character of the cru, not just from the terroir but also from the traditions of the people who make the cognacs. They tend to be of greater dryness but they will also keep for a very long time and develop into some of the very finest cognacs.
