- Round with fruit and spice on the nose.
- Distillation:
- There are 2 tulip shaped stills of 25 hltr. The firm distils on the lees and believe in making pure cognacs without the use of additives.
- Flavour:
- Hazelnut, cocoa and nutmeg.
- Grape Variety:
- Ugni Blanc and Colombard.
- Reduction & Strength:
- Gradual reduction with distilled water over several years.
- Viticulture:
- Chalky, thin soils give way to high limestone content from the surface down. Montmorillonite clay provides good structure and water reserve.
