Bottled in 2014 this single estate cognac has been aged for 34 years. Cognacs from this cru tend to mature more quickly than those from the Champagnes.

- Aroma:
- Floral, orange blossom, gingerbread, salted butterscotch and tangerine.
- Distillation:
- In both 12 and 25 hectolitre stills between 71 and 72 degrees. No water is added to the new eau de vie
- Flavour:
- Orange biscuit, orange marmalade, gingerbread and orange jam
- Grape Variety:
- Ugni Blanc and unusually, Colombard and Folle Blanche
- Reduction & Strength:
- Eau de vie mixed with distilled water. Aged in oak before final blending. Small dilution.
- Viticulture:
- Chateau de Beaulon produce eaux de vie from Ugni Blanc Folle Blanche and Colombard and allow the grass to grow between the vines
