- Aroma:
- Really superb fruity aromas and good rancio qualities
- Ageing:
- This was aged in barrels for most of its life, it is now in glass and the condition will not vary
- Distillation:
- We have not seen the distillery where this was made
- Flavour:
- Wonderful. It has lovely fruity flavours of ripe apple, peaches, pineapple and herbs combined with a lovely rancio richness
- Grape Variety:
- There is probably a combination of Folle Blanche, Colombard and Ugni Blanc
- Reduction & Strength:
- There may have been some very small reduction in this cognac, strength is 40% abv
