- Elegant aroma of citrus fruits and cedar. It has a fresh and quite lively feature
- Ageing:
- Fine cellars with a range of storage facilities from old casks to bonbonnes. The cognacs are particularly well looked after
- Distillation:
- We have not seen the distillery but it is likely that this was made on quite a small still
- Flavour:
- Very few Fins Bois cognacs are approved by Brandyclassics. This is a credit to its makers and is highly regarded with its elegant grapefruit taste
