This is a soft, and elegant Armagnac from the top cru. Aromas of vanilla and cinnamon lead to flavours of coffee, cocoa and bitter oranges and a long finish with notes of walnut and almond. A recent Gold Medal winner, this Armagnac is beautifully balanced and a real treat.

- More than 25 years in oak.
- Distillation:
- Old Sier Armagnac alembic stills producing less than 30 litres of eau-de-vie an hour

- Coffee, cocoa and bitter oranges develop into cinnamon and vanilla with notes of walnut and almond to finish.

- Colombard, Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche
- Reduction & Strength:
- Delord minimise their dilutions wherever possible, but all of their armagnacs are bottled at 40% abv.
- Viticulture:
- The mild, sunny autumns and cool breezes of the Bas Armagnac region, as well the estate's acidic soil and high mineral content, are especially suited for growing Armagnac grapes.
