Wonderful armagnac with lots of prune and plum flavours. Very smooth and easy to drink. A superb rich and lovely vintage which should be savoured.

- Aroma:
- Dark chocolate and some rancio
- Distillation:
- Distilled at around 57 - 60 degrees. Lower than other brandies, providing greater wine flavours but less refinement than cognacs
- Flavour:
- Vanilla, prunes, nuts and pepper. Distinctive rancio and a long finish.
- Grape Variety:
- Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Baco
- Reduction & Strength:
- Delord minimise their dilutions wherever possible, but all of their armagnacs are bottled at 40% abv.
- Viticulture:
- The soil comprises rough clay and limestone with some sand.
