After more than 40 years of ageing, Delord armagnacs have reached a greater maturity and can often develop a rancio or enrichening of the spirit.

Additional Information
- Aroma:
- Aromas of vanilla, coffee and rancio.
- Distillation:
- Distilled at around 57 - 60 degrees. Lower than other brandies, providing greater wine flavours but less refinement than cognacs
- Flavour:
- Powerful, strong flavours of liquorice, wood and pepper and a long finish.
- Grape Variety:
- Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Baco
- Reduction & Strength:
- Delord minimise their dilutions wherever possible, but all of their armagnacs are bottled at 40% abv.
- Viticulture:
- The soil comprises rough clay and limestone with some sand.
