Delord is a family firm now run by the two great-grandsons of the founder. They use the same distilling and ageing methods as their forefather did. This medal winning vintage has flavours of dried fruits, liquorice and spices.

- Dried flowers, tobacco and nutmeg
- Ageing:
- Aged in damp cellars.
- Distillation:
- Distilled at around 54-58 degrees. Lower than other brandies, providing greater wine flavours but less refinement than cognacs.
- Flavour:
- Intense, rich flavours of Dried fruits, liquorice and spices.
- Grape Variety:
- Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Baco.
- Viticulture:
- The climate is soft and humid with sunny autumns and the soil is made of siliceous clay which is poor in lime, giving Bas Armagnacs a lightness and fragrance with subtle tastes.
