Apples and Gin are the perfect cocktail – especially when you use the oldest Danish apple, which also comes from South Funen. Filippas have something that other apples do not, they are spicy, sweet and have a fresh acidity after harvest. These fresh apples are macerated in the distilled gin giving a velvet smooth and fresh apple flavoured gin. It can be enjoyed over ice or with elderflower tonic and a garnish of fresh apple or thyme. Try it as an aperitif with 1 part gin to 2 parts sparkling sweet asti or Prosecco and serve ice cold.

- Distillation:
- Distilled on a hybrid steam infusion kettle with a mix of organic juniper, botanicals and fresh citrus fruits. During distillation, alcohol hits the vapours and gently extracts flavoring and aromatics that add to the sweetness of wheat alcohol.

- Filippa apples and botanicals of juniper, aniseed, cloves, pink pepper, coriander seeds and fresh lime, lemon and orange peel.
- Reduction & Strength:
- The local water is rich in minerals which gives a distinct soft taste.
- Viticulture:
- All products from this distillery are organic to ensure a clean and crisp taste. They are proud of their sustainability record too. Production is with CO2-neutral energy sources and zero-waste. All remains from the primary production are reused as animal food.
