This wonderful liqueur is made from elderflowers infused in black elderberry brandy made the previous year.  After this infusion a little sugar is added and it is reduced to 20% abv with water that has passed through a schist bedrock giving it purity and clarity of flavour.  Superb in a cocktail, spritz or simply on ice.
