Nusbaumer Ratafia de Griottes Liqueur is a lovely sour cherry liqueur, highly sought after and difficult to find with this quality.  Cherry ratafia is obtained by macerating a variety of tart cherries. When it is is worked in this way the cherries reveals all their flavours. This ratafia can be served fresh as an aperitif or as a dessert on a beautiful fruit salad.

Discreet and soft, accentuated by the aroma of candied cherries and cooked fruits.
Flavour:
Powerful spirit with a flavour of tart, wild cherries and a round, sweet finish.
Viticulture:
Located in the Val de Villé, the historic cradle of alsatian distilleries, its location at the bottom of the valley is one of the major assets of the distillery: this gives access to the spring water of the Vosges, whose purity is essential to the development of their liqueurs and eaux-de-vie.
