Fresh hazelnut and citrus tones feature strongly in this really traditional cognac. There is an aroma of orange peel with some cedar. This is a true connoisseur’s cognac.

Aroma:
Orange peel, cedar, almond and linden flowers.
Ageing:
Oak casks in medium cellars. Medium barrel toasting.
Distillation:
Prunier are negociants and do not have any stills.
Flavour:
Quite dry and in the early 20th century style. Liquorice, nuts and fresh hazelnuts combine with orange peel and cedar.

Eau de vie mixed with distilled water.
Viticulture:
Prunier buy their cognacs mainly from the Grande Champagne regions but cognacs also come from other crus, such as Petite Champagne and Fin Bois.
