Aroma:
This cognac is pure joy. The rancio is immediately noticable on the nose but a citrus orange marmalade, floral and yeasty aroma comes through

This is a very fine cognac house who unusually use all the permitted grape varieties allowed. We know of nobody else in the Champagnes who use all the grape varieties
Distillation:
The stills are c15 hltr size and a good shape to minimise rectification
Flavour:
The complexity of this cognac is light and fruity but there is also a fresh walnut and wonderful light rancio. The complexity combined with the delicate tastes make this one of the finest tasted
